Update on my online shopping

Like many blogs, this one has slowly faded away as my Facebook status updates take priority. Some things I bought online in the last little while include:

Youbars, customized protein bars - because Viviane wanted to and it was so expensive for shipping, I decided to join in the fun. Unfortunately they were still kind of expensive so we both started guarding them and that kind of ruined the pleasure of eating them. I also ordered customized trail mix but the flax seeds all over the place made it very messy. So if I had more time to test my recipes maybe I'd like it, also if the shipping was cheaper.

Old Navy clothes - new to Canada, clothes from Old Navy shipped for free to my door. This is good because I can never find anything in the actual stores. Although the sizes were not very consistent so half the gym pants I got for my kids are now in a drawer tentatively titled "for next year when he's bigger".

Also got a nice gift of big old book of Notman photographs picked up, I think, from Abebooks.

Got a wack of Gogos Crazy Bones from the U.K. for a kids' birthday but they didn't arrive in time to act as loot bag gifts so half are put aside now for Xmas. These are hard to find here and involve schlepping out to specific stores, so I was happy with the gold box delivered to the door.

Last but not least, after painting our front door we decided to make our home numbers look more modern so I surfed compulsively for some nice home numbers and finally settled on these - vinyl stickers for outdoors in a customizable font.
